Returns Information

We have a 14 day returns policy. If you need to return an item please fill out the contact form on the returns page, here. Please note that we cannot accept back returns if you change your mind on any bespoke item. However if an item is faulty we will of course address that with you. This excludes custom orders as they are one offs for the customer. 

If you have received your order and need to return, you should send back the goods or hand them over to us at Unit 11, Sugarswell Business Park, Oxfordshire, OX15 6HW. 

Please complete the form below before returning so we can make sure this is handled to your satisfaction.

Please ensure you return within 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of the order or in the event of a fault. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the goods. 

Faulty goods

In the very rare event that an item is faulty or develops a fault, please notify us as soon as possible. Any faults observed upon receipt of your order must be notified immediately upon receipt of the item from the delivery company. 

If an item develops a fault later, this will be covered by the product warranty if it's a result of a defect in workmanship. Again please complete the form below in this situation or give us a call.
